Membership Fee:

1.1. MyIR Medic charges a refundable membership fee for the educational and support services provided throughout the journey from Malaysia to post job placement in Ireland.

1.2. The fee does not cover recruitment services, as our payment comes from our clients in Ireland.

1.3. MyIR Medic does not deduct any portion of your salary in Ireland.

Refund Eligibility:

2.1. Upon securing a job through MyIR Medic and receiving the first salary in Ireland, the membership fee will be refunded.

2.2. The membership fee serves to protect our interests and cover administration costs in the event of accepting a job offer through a different agency after receiving our support.

2.3. Please note that MyIR Medic does not guarantee job placement in Ireland, as hiring decisions are ultimately made by our clients based on various criteria. Therefore, the membership fee will not be refunded if a job is not secured.

Membership Benefits and Obligations:

3.1. Membership with MyIR Medic offers access to a network of members, guidance, support, and educational resources.

3.2. Accepting a job offer directly from HSE Ireland or another recruitment agency releases MyIR Medic from their obligation to the member and the membership fee will not be refunded.

3.3. Engaging with MyIR Medic for additional services such as accommodation or vehicle assistance, independent of job placement, will incur separate charges in Euros.

Copyright and Termination:

4.1. The content of the MyIR Medic website and private Facebook group is protected by copyright. Violation of this rule may result in termination of membership without refund.

Housing Assistance:

5.1. MyIR Medic assists members in finding accommodation, even before their arrival in Ireland. However, we do not guarantee availability, as rental vacancies in Ireland can be limited. Our efforts will continue until suitable housing is secured.

Partnership with Irish Recruitment Agencies:

6.1. MyIR Medic collaborates with Irish Recruitment Agencies to provide members with access to a wide range of hospital and GP jobs throughout Ireland.

6.2. To benefit from both MyIR Medic’s support services and Irish Recruitment Agencies’ network, it is crucial that the introduction to Irish Recruitment Agencies comes through MyIR Medic. Irish Recruitment Agencies like other Irish Agencies does not offer the support services provided by MyIR MEDIC.

6.3. Independent engagement with Irish Recruitment Agencies without involvement from MyIR Medic will result in the inability to receive support services or a refund of the membership fee.
